Andrew believes in giving students the skills that allow them to flourish outside the classroom. Dave Ramsey said ‘You’ve got to tell money what to do or it will leave’. Focusing on financial literacy skills and entrepreneurship gives the vital skills that will support financial freedom for students as they go through life.
Prior to joining Arcadia Global, Andrew spent 10 years in industry, before becoming a Production Manager for Nestle Rowntree. After completing his first post-16 qualification in Business and Marketing Management at the University of Derby. He has since gained a degree in Geography from the University of Leicester and Postgraduate Certificates in Secondary Education, Educational Leadership and finally his National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
He is very much looking forward to using his vast experience in business and education to support the learning journey of students studying Junior MBA.
